The Problem

After 20 years of working with young adults I’ve noticed academically capable students are struggling with the soft skills and the GRIT that they should have been taught but weren’t.

Students can memorize periodic tables but don’t know how compound interest works.

Young people spend 20+ hours a week on social media but struggle to create lasting relationships.

They know the Pythagorean Theorem but they don’t know how to structure and deliver a professional presentation.

This is not a parenting or school failure or a character flaw. It is an experience gap and it has real, measurable consequences.

Every course is heavily interactive. More doing time than instruction. We’ve found that the faster a student goes from knowledge to implementation the better they do.
